- Administrative task automation
- Integration with practice management systems
3. User Accounts and Registration
To use our Service, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be authorized to bind your veterinary practice to these Terms
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

5. Professional Responsibility
You acknowledge that:
- The Service is a tool to assist veterinary practices, not replace professional judgment
- You remain responsible for all veterinary decisions and patient care
- Emergency situations require immediate veterinary attention beyond AI assistance
- You must comply with all applicable veterinary licensing and regulatory requirements
6. Data and Privacy
Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to provide any data you submit to the Service and that such submission complies with applicable privacy laws.
7. Payment Terms
- Fees are charged monthly or annually as specified in your plan
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
- You are responsible for all taxes related to your use of the Service
8. Service Level Agreement
We strive to provide:
- 99.9% uptime availability
- Response times under 2 seconds for call handling
- 24/7 technical support for critical issues
Service credits may be available for significant outages as detailed in our SLA.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HilusAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HilusAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HilusAI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will cease immediately
- We will provide data export capabilities for 30 days
- All payment obligations through the end of the current billing period remain due
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
