Subprocessors

Hilus AI uses the third parties below to process Customer Data on our behalf when we provide the Services. Each is bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations, as described in our Data Processing Addendum and Privacy Policy. Not every subprocessor processes data for every Customer; some are used only for specific features such as phone calls or payments.
Systems that a Customer connects itself, such as its practice-management system, email account, workspace chat, or an AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT, are not our subprocessors: data flows to them at the Customer's direction and under the Customer's own agreement with that provider.

Changes to this list
